1. The candidates who have secured 15 (fifteen) marks and above are  included in the Main List. The required marks have been lowered to the extent  necessary in respect of the supplementary lists.
2. The candidates belonging to other Backward classes included in the Short List who are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per GO(P)No.81/09/SC/ST DD dated 26.09.2009 shall produce the same along with other documents as and when called for. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of Community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition candidates. As regards such candidates in the Supplementary lists of Other Backward Classes, their Register Numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
3. SC/ST candidates included in the list are required to produce 2 self attested copies of Caste certificate obtained from the Revenue Authorities not below the rank of Tahsildar issued to produce before Kerala Public Service Commission.
4. The place, date and time of interview will be intimated in due course
