Note (1): The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment inaccordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendancy of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
NOTE (II) :- Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A& Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of Rs.335/- in any of theTreasuries in the State (Head of account: 0051 PSC–800–State PSC–99 other receipts).The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission,Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram- 4 within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is uploaded in the commision's Website(CHECK DATE OF UPLOAD)copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so .
NOTE (III) :- A period of forty five days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date on which the Ranked List is uploaded in the Commision's WebSite.Candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked List. Candidates desiring to get their answer script for the OMR test held for selection to the post rechecked may apply for rechecking within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is uploaded in the commision's Website (CHECK DATE OF UPLOAD) Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied there from.Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs.85/- under the head of account “0051 - PSC 105 State PSC 99 – Examination Fee”, addressed to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram4 should reach the office within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked list is uploaded in the Commision's Website(on or before08.08.20 ) Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.
NOTE (IV):- “Any candidate can relinquish his/her right for appointment in writing duly attested by a Gazetted Officer of State/Central Government with signature, name, designation and office seal along with a notarized affidavit and a self attested copy of an ID Proof bearing photograph as enlisted in the General conditions. The request for relinquishment received within 15 days from the date of publication of Ranked List in the Official website of the Commission will be honoured against the requisitions of vacancies that are pending with the Commission upto the finalisation of Ranked List. After the publication of the Ranked List, the request for relinquishment will be considered only if such request is received on or before the date of receipt of requisition based on which he/she is to be advised”.
NOTE (IV):- The A part and B part of OMR scripts will be destroyed after completing six months period from the date of finalisation of Ranked List.

The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test. Note:- (1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Probability List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
Note:- (2) The list has been prepared by including the number of candidates who have secured top marks in the OMR Test.
Note :- (3) The candidates who have secured the cut off marks (CHECK ABOVE) and above are included in the Main List of the Probability List and the requisite mark have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.
Note:- (4) Candidates included in the Probability List should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time Verification. Date,time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published shortly.
Note:- (5) According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List notification to be published for the post. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Probability List are advised to refer Notification (published along with this notification) for the register numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reason thereof.
Note :- (6) Candidates who claimed reservation included in the Probability List are required to produce Community Certificate /NCLC (Non-Creamylayer Certificate) issued by the Revenue authority at the time of OTR Verification.
Note :- (7) Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test/ Online Test held on the date will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List CATEGORY NUMBER :
