A] Height : 157 cm [150 CM for SC/ST]

B] Eye Sight : Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below without glasses.

C] Must qualify in any five events out of eight events specified below of the National Physical Efficiency, One Star Standard Test.

1. 100 Meters Run ---------------------17 second
2. High Jump---------------------------- 1.06 meters
3.  Long Jump---------------------------3.05 meters
4. Putting the Shot (4 kg)-----------4.88 meters
5. Throwing the cricket ball---------------14 meters
6. 200 Meters Run-----------------------36 second
7. Shattil Race (25*4 meter) ----------------- 26 second
8. Skipping (1 minute) -------------------- 80 times

The physical measurement of candidates will be taken at the time of physical efficiency test and those who do not possess the prescribed physical measurement will not be admitted for the physical efficiency test If accidents or injuries happen to a candidate while participating in the Physical efficiency Test, he will not be given further chance to participate in the test.

The candidates should produce a Medical Certificate in original in the form prescribed hereunder certifying to their physical fitness and eye sight without glasses, at the time of physical efficiency Test. The Medical Certificate should be one obtained from a Medical officer under the Government no below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon.
