DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED BY THE CANDIDATES AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION
1. The candidates are directed to produce a passport size photograph taken on or after 31.12.2010
2. Age and Date of Birth : SSLC/Equivalent ( Copy & original)
3. Educational Qualification : SSLC (Copy and Orginal)
4. Community : Candidates belonging to Backward Communities included in the list are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per GO (P)No.81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26.09.2009(Original and self attested copy).SC/ST candidates should produce community certificate (originaland two self attested copies) obtained for the purpose from the Tahsildar.
5. Ex-Servicemen: Discharge certificate, Pension Payment Order (Original and Self attested copy)
6. As regards service candidates Form of Receipt obtained from the Head of Office or Head of Department at the time of application must be produced in Original Name and designation of the issuing authority should be noted.
7. The original & photocopy of any of the following documents to prove their identity Shall be produced at the time of verification of original documents. Proof of Identification:- Election Commission ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Photo affixed Pass Book from Nationalized Banks, Government employees ID Card from the concerned departments, Photo affixed ID Card from Social Welfare Department of Kerala or Passport from the Central Government Photo affixed pass book from the Scheduled Banks/ Kerala State Co- operative Banks/ District Co-Operative Banks, Conductor License issued by the Motor Vechicles Departments.
